This facility is conveniently located in downtown Medford on 44 N. Front Street. It
offers a 700 foot wood floor, mirrors, sound system, and a small lounge room. It
is perfect for family reunions, small business meetings, bridal and baby showers,
social gatherings, scout meetings, and holiday gatherings. The total occupancy is

Pricing
$12 per hour for week-days and nights with a minimum of 4 classes per month.
$15 per hour for weekend nights with a minimum of 4 classes per month.
For a one-time event the hall may be rented at $25 per hour during the week
days/nights and holidays ($30 per hour for weekend nights)
All rents must be paid in advance to reserve the time. Before using the hall all
renters must sign a rental agreement and give a $10 key deposit. Each renter is
responsible for their own liability insurance.
We are an alcohol-free establishment, but you are welcome to serve food and
non-alcoholic beverages.
